Role Overview
Cambourne Church is seeking a strategic and passionate Christian leader to oversee and grow ministry work with children and young people. The successful applicant will:

Lead and develop children’s and youth ministry.
Support the church’s wider vision and mission.
Recruit, nurture, and lead volunteer teams.
Help children and young people grow in faith and discipleship.
Engage creatively with families and the wider community.
Work alongside the Ministry Leadership Team.

Key Requirements
Experience in Christian children’s or youth ministry.
Leadership and team development skills.
Strong communication and discipleship abilities.
Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
Ability to engage young people in fun and meaningful ways.
