This role is pivotal in nurturing and supporting the next generation, fostering a strong foundation of faith and community.

Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing ministry with our existing activities for children and their families; and help to shape the future mission in relation to children, families and youth, reaching out to families beyond our current circle, developing personal relationships, and nurturing their faith in Jesus Christ.
The post-holder will work as part of a team alongside the Pastor, who completes most of the teaching and preaching, and the Leadership Team, and operate within the direction they set for the church.

We are surrounded by family housing and a mix of public and private schools, including Flora Stevenson Primary and the Erskine Stewart’s Melville School (ESMS) complex, offering opportunities and challenges for community outreach. Bristo has had recent opportunities to serve local schools in various ways.
